Ways to Give

Providing a financial gift to RCBA is an opportunity to invest in the lives of the next generation of Christian leaders. Because RCBA offers the greater San Antonio area an extremely affordable Christian education, tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating our students. Every student is subsidized through voluntary giving and all donations are tax-deductible.

Gift Card / SCRIP Program

This program allows you to help our school financially by purchasing gift cards (SCRIP) that put your household and holiday shopping dollars to work. You earn money for RCBA without paying a single extra cent. The retailers pay our school a percentage (each % amt. shown on order form) of each gift card sold. You may use the cards to shop for yourself or give them as gift cards. There are over 60 retailers to choose from on our RCBA order form. This is a win-win program!

Please allow 7 days from the order date(s) to receive your cards in the office. We usually send our orders in on Friday, so think about your weekly and Holiday gift shopping needs and send in your order as soon as possible.  When you shop, you will be supporting our school!

Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is a campaign that subsidizes the difference between tuition and the actual cost per student.  It provides much needed dollars for wide-ranging initiatives such as tuition assistance, debt reduction, maintaining faculty/staff, innovative academic endeavors, maintenance for our facility and directly supporting departmental operational costs. The success of our annual campaign is a success for our students.

Gifts to specific programs

Often supporters may want to give to a specific department or program.  Opportunities are given to invest in areas such as fine arts, technology, athletics, media and/or library, facilities, etc.

Request a Matching Gift from your Employer

Hundreds of organizations match charitable gifts of employees.  Check with you/your spouse’s company’s human resource department for a matching gift form.

Big Events

These events are designed to increase awareness of what RCBA has to offer, provide an entertaining opportunity for the participants and bring in a substantial amount of revenue towards the administrative costs of the school.

All Onboard

These are regular activities that EVERYONE can take a part in to help generate income for RCBA. It simply requires a little planning and intentionality.

Student Contests

There will be at least one fundraiser per year that is student driven.  It is based on students inviting family & friends to financially support RCBA through donations.  A contest with incentives and prizes will be set up in order to encourage 100% participation from the student body K-12.
